What We Collect
Your email address and authentication data (account login), your subscription status, and basic usage data. Payments are processed by Square (web) or your device's app store (mobile) — we never see or store your card number. We receive payment confirmations and subscription status from those processors.
Who Processes It
We use a small set of service providers to run Apex: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), Square (web payments), and RevenueCat with Apple/Google (mobile subscriptions). Each receives only what it needs to provide its function.
How We Use It
To operate the service: authenticate you, deliver subscriber content, process billing, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the processors above or where required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies for one purpose: keeping you logged in (authentication sessions). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention & Deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. Email johnnycapo@icloud.com from your account address to request deletion of your account and personal data; we'll process it within 30 days (payment records may be retained where required for tax/accounting law).
Age
Apex is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
