1. What Apex Is (and Isn't)
Apex Handicapping ("Apex," "we," "us") publishes sports analysis, commentary, and opinions — including daily picks with confidence tiers. Apex is an information and entertainment service. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, we do not handle gambling funds, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any outcome. Past performance, including our published track record, does not predict future results. Whether, where, and how you wager is entirely your decision and your responsibility, including compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Apex. By creating an account or subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that using this service is lawful where you live.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Apex Monthly is billed through Square at the price shown at checkout — currently $4.99 for your first month, then $9.99 per month, renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; billing stops immediately and access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. See the Refund Policy. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice; continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new price. Mobile-app subscriptions are billed and managed through your device's app store under its terms.
5. Subscriber Content — Personal Use Only
Picks, analyses, and all subscriber content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, publicly post, or share subscriber content (including in group chats, Discord servers, or social media) — doing so is grounds for immediate termination without refund. All site content and branding are our intellectual property.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex and its operator are not liable for any losses — including wagering losses — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. You assume all risk for decisions made using our content.

8. Changes & Contact
