Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime, No Partial Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page — no emails, no hoops. When you cancel: future billing stops immediately, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't issue partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period, and payments for periods already delivered are not refundable. Picks don't come with do-overs for us either — wins and losses both stay on the published record.

Intro Pricing

The discounted first month is available once per customer. Cancelling and resubscribing doesn't reset it.

Billing Errors

Charged incorrectly — duplicate charge, charged after a confirmed cancellation, wrong amount? Email johnnycapo@icloud.com and we'll make it right promptly. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — chargebacks on correctly-billed subscriptions may result in account termination.

Mobile Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased in the mobile app are billed by Apple or Google; their refund policies and processes apply, managed through your device's app store.
