Responsible Gambling
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Apex publishes analysis and opinions — what you do with them is up to you. If you choose to bet, bet like the discipline matters more than any single result, because it does. Even strong edges lose all the time; that's the nature of this. Our own record includes losing days and losing weeks, published in full.
House Rules We Believe In
Only bet money you can afford to lose — entertainment budget, never rent, savings, or borrowed money. Size consistently (our published picks assume disciplined unit sizing, never "mortgage the bankroll" bets). Never chase losses. Set deposit and time limits with your sportsbook before you need them. If betting stops feeling like entertainment, stop.
Warning Signs
Betting more than planned, hiding betting from people close to you, borrowing to bet, betting to win back losses, or feeling anxious or irritable when not betting — any of these is a signal to step back and talk to someone.
